Minister Rajaa's control room received 5,600+ calls/requests to help 30,000+ people in Chennai during Cyclone Michaung-induced rain. Teams provided support from Madurai and responded to requests from Velachery, Pallikaranai, Madipakkam, Perungudi, MGR Nagar, R.K. Nagar, and Royapuram.
