NC parent Eric Jensen had grievances to air about library books “trying to convert kids to gay”

WASHINGTON — The federal courts’ policymaking body in 2011 mishandled ethics complaints surrounding financial disclosures by Justice Clarence Thomas, a sitting federal judge testified Wednesday.

Those affected were low-income consumers eligible for free tax services — but paid TurboTax to file their IRS returns during the 2016, 2017 and 2018 tax years due to “predatory and deceptive marketing.”

Revelations continue to emerge about Supreme Court justices and lavish trips, private school tuition and more. The growing list of these nondisclosures is causing some to question court ethics.
