JAMMU: A high-level security meeting was held on Saturday to discuss an action plan to counter the emerging threat after a spurt in terror activities in Rajouri and Poonch disticts of Jammu and Kashmir.

“The raids are in connection with a hawala racket that was unearthed with the arrest of two people who were allegedly routing money to terror outfits Lashkar-e-Taiba and Al Badr,” officials said.
