Telangana State RERA levies hefty penalties on errant builders

TS-RERA has imposed ₹10.74 cr. penalty on Sahiti Infratech, ₹6.5 cr. on Mantri Developers and ₹25L on Sai Surya Developers for alleged violations of RERA Act. Hearings had been conducted for 132 complaints and penalty was imposed for violating various provisions of the Act.
