Former Karnataka Chief Secretary B.K. Bhattacharya dies

B.K. Bhattacharya, former Chief Secretary of Karnataka, passed away at 83. He was admitted to Manipal Hospital due to breathlessness. He is survived by his wife, who also served as Chief Secretary, and two children. IAS Officers’ Association expressed deep grief on his demise.
