Nvidia and Intel have just announced a huge deal to make new chips together — including CPUs with RTX graphics built in.

NVIDIA Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA)  CEO Jensen Huang revealed that the company’s $5 billion investment and collaborative efforts with Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC) were the result of nearly a year of discussions between the two firms. 

Impressive claims, but whether Nvidia will eventually use Intel's Foundry in future remains a question mark for now.

Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC) shares rose on Monday after the company announced the completion of a long-anticipated deal to sell a majority stake in its Altera business to Silver Lake. The transaction, originally signed on April 14, 2025, closed on September 12 after meeting all conditions.
