Nvidia and Intel have just announced a huge deal to make new chips together — including CPUs with RTX graphics built in.

Impressive claims, but whether Nvidia will eventually use Intel's Foundry in future remains a question mark for now.

In a $5 billion deal, NVIDIA and Intel have joined forces to develop an AI superchip and new PC products.

Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC) shares rose on Monday after the company announced the completion of a long-anticipated deal to sell a majority stake in its Altera business to Silver Lake. The transaction, originally signed on April 14, 2025, closed on September 12 after meeting all conditions.
