There are still emails publicly stated to be at risk that weren't previously.

Hacking group 'SN_Blackmeta' hacked The Internet Archive and leaked 31 Million user account data which includes emails and hashed passwords in an SQL file and defaced the website with a pop-up message.

"See 31 million of you on HIBP!"

Almost 71 million email accounts were exposed thanks to infostealing malware circulating on compromised devices.
