Jacob Foster has been found guilty at the High Court in Glasgow today of causing the death of Charmaine O'Donnell when he pushed her into the water as she enjoyed a day out with a pal.

Jacob Foster accepts that he 'caused' 25-year-old Charmaine from Glasgow to fall into the sea but denies any form of assault. He told police at the scene that he pushed her as a 'bit of fun'.
