Hannon Armstrong Joins S&P SmallCap 600: Time to Buy?
S&P Dow Jones Indices announced on Sept. 1 that Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital would join the S&P SmallCap 600. On Tuesday, its stock jumped 8% on the news.
