Congress MLA Arvind Ladani resigns, set to joins BJP, reducing Congress strength in Gujarat Assembly to 13 members.

AAP MLA Bhupendra Bhayani resigned from Gujarat Assembly Dec. 12. He handed his resignation to Speaker Shankar Chaudhary in Gandhinagar.
