The comedy writer says he ‘will not waver in my resolve’ as he faces trial

The Irish comedy writer appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court charged with harassing Sophia Brooks and damaging her phone in October last year.

Graham Linehan told cheering supporters outside court: “I will not waver in my resolve.”

The writer is due to face the charges on May 12 at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
