Friends of Botanic Gardens angry after 'no consultation' over Kibble Palace entry charge plans
The introduction of the charge was one of the measures announced as part of the Glasgow City Council budget. Friends of Glasgow Botanic Gardens hit out at the plans saying there has been "absolutely no consultation" with them.
