Toddler loses limb, parents blame Chennai’s RGGGH for neglect
Parents of one-and-a-half year old pre-term boy blame Chennai GH for not taking care of the child properly and as a result his limb had to be amputated. The doctors, however, say the surgery was an emergency appropriate intervention.
