Former One Direction star Zayn Malik has announced he will be reducing the number of shows on his upcoming tour, weeks after posting on social media from a hospital bed.

The singer, 33, shared a post to his Instagram story on Friday in which he thanked fans for their “love, prayers, and well wishes for my health”.
