Zara McDermott is currently taking strong pain medication after she was rushed to hospital.
The 25-year-old Love Island star took to Instagram on Saturday to give fans an update on her terrifying health scare after heading to A&E in the early hours of the morning.
Zara had earlier said doctors suspect a cyst had burst in her ovary.
Sharing a picture of herself holding hands with boyfriend Sam Thompson, Zara wrote: "Feeling so much better now I'm on some strong pain meds.
"Starting to feel hungry again as well! I need to take it easy though I have a habit of overdoing it."
She also excitedly told fans that she would be spending the next few days finishing off her Christmas decorations.
Zara had also thanked fans for their support after initially sharing her scary health news.
"Thanks for your messages guys!!!! They found blood in my abdomen which indicates it's a burst cyst for sure and nothing else, the good thing is that my ovary looks fine and isn't twisted.
"So lucky to have such an amazing NHS - they were so bloody brilliant and I'm going to have a relaxing weekend now," she wrote.
Sam had taken Zara to hospital earlier in the day after she "had excruciating pain in my abdomen."
The reality star said she suspected it was a burst cyst after suffering from one on her other side previously.
According to the NHS, ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs that can grow on the ovaries. Most cysts are harmless and disappear without treatment.
Taking to Instagram, Zara praised the A&E team, writing: "I just want to say the A&E team were just incredible. I was seen so quickly and had all tests and scans done within two hours of being there."
She added: "They wanted to keep me in overnight but after all the pain relief I felt a lot better so I had a few hours in bed before heading back this morning for another few scans.
"They want to make sure my ovary isn't twisted as I was presenting with all symptoms last night.
"But likely burst cyst, which if you have had it before is excruciating."
