Two YouTubers have filmed an epic Top Gear-style race from London to Edinburgh, with one travelling by plane, and the other taking the train.
The Points Guy UK, who have 376,000 subscribers on YouTube, have recorded several similar vlog-style videos in the past, often putting two different types of transport to the test to see who can get from A-B the quickest, and the easiest.
This time out, the pair are starting from the Tower of London and will finish at Edinburgh Castle. Liam Spencer was tasked with taking the LNER cross country train from London's Kings Cross Station to Edinburgh Waverley, costing a total of £86.50.

Nicky Kelvin was given perhaps the more glamorous mode of transport in the form of an easyJet flight, although the overall cost was more than double what Liam coughed up for the train journey, coming in at a total of £178.50.
The pair started the video by discussing their alternative methods of transport, before a quick dash to prompted the start of the race on a warm summers day, with both of the YouTubers sweating before even leaving London.
Both of them start by tussling with each other to reach the London underground, with Nicky having to make the short journey to Luton Airport to catch his flight to Scotland's capital. Liam, on the other hand, faced a short trip to King's Cross where he was free to hop on his LNER train straight up north to Edinburgh.
Liam appeared to make the quicker start and looked in pole position, although he was a little strapped for space after being forced to find a spare seat within a packed carriage on his train, whereas Nicky was alone inside the underground tube on his way to the airport.
The route from Edinburgh to London is a particularly busy one, especially on weekends, although not many will have experimented and decided to try their hand at flying, assuming that dealing with airports and luggage is an obvious time defect.
When Nicky finally boards his easyJet flight and takes off from Luton Airport's runway, the real race begins, although there is nothing either individual can do to alter the outcome, in a real test of patience and perseverance with public transport.
Landing earlier than planned at Edinburgh Airport, Nicky doesn't have to worry about waiting for luggage, carrying only a rucksack on his back he is free to sprint through the terminal and hop into a taxi all the way to the castle. However, due to it being holiday season, the long queue for taxi's meant he was forced to take a gamble and book a seat on the tram to Princes Street.
When Liam eventually arrives in Edinburgh, Nicky has already sprinted up the Mound and faces just a short walk up to the castle. With Liam only just a few minutes behind, Nicky battles his way through the crowds checking out the famous castle esplanade, which was set up to accommodate the Edinburgh Tattoo, and appears to have made it to his destination before his friend.
Having time to sunbathe and get an ice cream, Nicky didn't hold back in rubbing salt in Liam's wounds as he celebrated his long-awaited victory. The win also suggested that if you are looking for the quickest way from Edinburgh to London or vice versa, then it may be within your interests to take a flight, although it will cost you a little more.
