YouTuber Anurag Dobhal’s Family Feud Escalates Following ICU Hospitalisation

In response, Anurag’s brother, Atul Dobhal, known as Kalam Ink, released a detailed Instagram video addressing the allegations and sharing his side of the story.

Kalam Ink Responds to Accusations

Kalam Ink began by addressing a recent “kitchen row” highlighted by Anurag. He explained that his sister-in-law, Ritika, was asked not to cook due to a recent death in the family, stating, “According to Hindu traditions, sweets and fried foods are not prepared immediately after someone passes away.” He also accused Anurag of editing the viral audio clips to portray his parents negatively, saying, “The clips don’t show how he provoked my parents; they only capture their reaction.”

The brother dismissed claims of property disputes, stating, “If I have filed false cases or taken even a needle’s worth of his property, conduct an investigation. If proven, I should be punished and the truth should come out.” He also denied allegations of threats in Manali, adding, “Track my GPS. I haven’t even been to Manali in the past two years, and I haven’t contacted him in the last year.”

Questioning Mental Health Claims

Kalam Ink also questioned Anurag’s claims regarding depression and suicidal thoughts. “If he was planning to commit suicide, who was running the paid PR campaigns — him or his management?” he asked. Kalam further warned against glorifying such acts, saying, “Attempting suicide on Instagram Live doesn’t make lies the truth. Logic and responsibility must prevail.”

Family Impact and Online Threats

Kalam revealed the emotional toll on the family following Anurag’s crash. “When the accident happened, my mother froze. You crashed your car at 150 kmph on the highway. Thank God you survived and no one else was hurt,” he said.

He also disclosed the threats his family received after Anurag’s livestream: “You have eight million followers and said on live that if you die, my parents, my brother, and his wife would be responsible. People gathered outside our house and threatened to burn us alive if they saw us outside.”

Legal Battles and Hospital Visits

Kalam Ink touched upon the withdrawn legal cases, including domestic violence, caste harassment, and dowry allegations. “For eight months, false cases were filed against us. When legally lost, they were withdrawn in December due to lack of evidence. Ritika even apologized on November 15 outside court,” he said.

He explained why he did not visit Anurag in the hospital: “Even while leaving, he was lying about us. Meanwhile, our father’s health has worsened due to brain strokes. I had to take him to the hospital three or four times.”

Concluding his video, Kalam urged authorities to investigate all allegations against him, emphasizing that his “only aim is to remove these accusations against [his] parents.”
