Chelsea transfer target Youssoufa Moukoko has been urged to refrain from making a big move to the Premier League and remain at Borussia Dortmund amid uncertainty of his future in Germany.
At only 18, Moukoko fits Todd Boehly's transfer strategy perfectly with plenty of potential for the future. The German has less than a year remaining of his current contract at Dortmund and there have been reports suggesting a move may occur in January to ensure they recoup a transfer fee for the wonderkid.
This season, the forward has already played a part with 10 goal involvements in 14 appearances. Following Erling Haaland's exit to Manchester City in the summer, Moukoko has become one of Die Borussen's regular starters under Edin Terzic this season, but there remains a strange feeling regarding his future in Germany amid strong interest from overseas.

Chelsea have been touted as leading the race to sign the striker and there has been reports suggesting the Blues may push a move next month over a free transfer in the summer. However, they face tough competition from Premier League rivals Manchester United and Liverpool.
However, European football expert Julien Laurens has instructed the 18-year-old to remain with Dortmund to ensure his development reaches its highest potential, over sitting on the bench elsewhere. "I will expect him to do that (staying where he is). He was getting better," he told ESPN.
"He scored a few good goals just before he went to the World Cup, where he went with Germany, of course.
“It would make so much sense. Youssoufa, if you are watching and listening, just stay where you are. This is good for your progression. You are going to work well. Edin Terzić likes you and you like him. It works.
“Why would you go right now to try and get that big contract?”
Laurens' comments come not long after Moukoko's agent Patrick Williams confirmed that an agreement with Dortmund is yet to be signed. Being based in Germany, Boehly will be able begin negotiations with the player's representatives over a free transfer in the summer should a new contract at the Signal Iduna Park be agreed.
