A 12-year-old boy who began campaigning for Zach’s Law after online trolls targeted his epilepsy is “over the moon” that the measure has made it to the statute book, his family has said.
Zach Eagling’s campaign finally succeeded when the Government’s Online Safety Bill passed its final parliamentary hurdle on Tuesday.
