A young couple's holiday abroad has turned into a nightmare after a boyfriend fell from the third floor balcony of their hotel.
Shauna Ellis has made a desperate plea to the public after her 23-year-old partner Kieran plunged from a considerable height leaving him in need of life-saving surgery.
