A patio without glassware is just a patio. Add a set of faceted-stem wine glasses, however, and it’s a party. Whether it’s an intimate bistro moment or a full-on fête, prepared hosts know alfresco entertaining is only as chic as the drinkware in circulation.
The problem is that outdoor dining tends to fall into two extremes: Solo cup or crystal. Breaking one ends in tears, while using the other inspires the same response for entirely different reasons. Thankfully, brands like Anthropologie and Pottery Barn have found a much happier medium, offering bead-bordered, super-saturated goblets alongside LoveShack-fanciful champagne flutes that, despite being made of acrylic, are every bit as down for Dom as they sound.
