Leo Cullen has urged Leinster and Munster fans to snap up tickets for their Aviva Stadium clash.
But following the Reds' superb display against the Bulls - last season's URC losing finalists - at Thomond Park, the Lansdowne Road derby won't be as hard a sell.
Ticket sales weren't along usual lines before this week but it is expected there will be a healthy take-up as Munster finally got their season going with Saturday's bonus point victory at Thomond Park.

It was only their second win of the season and Graham Rowntree's charges, rejuvenated by the return of their Emerging Ireland contingent, will need the same against the early season pace-setters.
Leinster's hard-fought 10-0 win over Connacht on Friday pushes them clear of the pack and, while Munster have only got the better of their bitter rivals twice in the last 10 outings, Cullen warned: "The form book does go out the window.
"It's another big provincial game at the Aviva and you want that to be a celebration of provincial rugby, really, and of the rivalry.
“Hopefully we'll have not just blue jerseys about but plenty of red ones in there as well because you want that, don't you?
“You want both teams to be strong. We need all the provinces to be strong. I think the rivalry is great. It has been amazing since professionalism has begun.
"Particularly with all that's going on in England at the moment, the fans and the support that we get has to be a point of difference for us.
“We're excited and it's just making sure we do our bit now, prepare well during the week. We'll just rest up and recover over the weekend. It was nice to play on Friday.”
James Lowe, Jamison Gibson-Park and Hugo Keenan are not far off a return for Leinster but won't be available this week. Johnny Sexton and Jason Jenkins will play after sitting out the torrential conditions in Galway.
Cullen is looking for a big performance before his frontliners are called up for Ireland ahead of the Autumn series.
As for Munster, Cullen pointed to how the Emerging Ireland tour affected the Reds, who brought seven of the tourists so effectively into their squad at the weekend.
"That sort of tells a story really, doesn't it," Cullen remarked.
“You're missing a few guys with injuries, it places a bit more pressure on everybody else.
“I thought some of those guys performed well on the Emerging Ireland tour from an individual point of view, so they will definitely add something to their group.
“The big thing is, we will see how some of our guys have pulled through as well and just plan for another very physical battle, which will be good.
“I think it's going to be a great contest, but for us, just making sure we get a decent week's work.
"At some point towards the end of the week, there will be an Irish squad named. so then you're dealing with a slightly different dynamic for the week after.
"It's our last week together as a group and our guys have worked well. I think they have worked hard in what was a pretty short pre-season where we went on our 12 county tour, into the start of the season.
“It's just enjoying the time together is the big thing. We have a good group there, a good vibe in the dressing room.
"It's just enjoying the week together before we break up for that November period, where hopefully a good chunk of our guys will get picked.”
