Graeme Souness and Gary Neville got involved in a heated debate following Liverpool’s historic win over Manchester United.
The Reds recorded a stunning 7-0 success over their bitter rivals in the Premier League clash at Anfield on Sunday. Mohamed Salah, Cody Gakpo and Darwin Nunez each scored two goals before Roberto Firmino rounded off the scoring.
And afterwards Liverpool great Souness and United legend Neville had crossed words on Sky Sports over who had played the best in the first half - and whether the team that ran out convincing winners were actually as good as the final scoreline suggests. Former Anfield favourite Jamie Carragher was also working as a pundit in the studio and he also got involved in the debate.
