Everton star Andre Gomes has sent an emotional message to Richarlison following his exit from the club.
It was confirmed on Friday that Richarlison had completed a permanent move to Tottenham Hotspur. As reported by the ECHO on Thursday morning , the two clubs have agreed a £60million package for the 25-year-old, a small amount of which will be performance related, and will not involve any players moving in the opposite direction.
Richarlison made 152 appearances for Everton since joining from Watford during the summer of 2018, scoring 53 goals. He departs Goodison Park as a fans favourite, and played a key role in helping the club avoid relegation last season.

Both Richarlison and Gomes made 87 appearances together for Everton. Now the latter has sent a message to the Brazilian following his move away from Goodison.
Gomes wrote: “Brother, I wish you the best because you deserve it!
“You know you’ll be missed! We’re always together.”
After it was confirmed that Richarlison had left the club, Everton released a statement wishing the forward well for the future.
"Richarlison has completed a transfer from Everton to Tottenham Hotspur for an undisclosed fee,” the statement read.
"The 25-year-old forward departs the Blues after four years at Goodison Park, making 152 appearances and scoring 53 goals.
"Richarlison joined Everton from Watford in July 2018 and, during his time with the Club, made his senior Brazil debut, going on to earn 36 caps for the five-time world champions.
"Everyone at Everton would like to thank Richarlison for his service and commitment during his time with the Club."
