Any Newcastle dwellers on the hunt for somewhere new to rent have the chance to live like a Geordie Shore star - as long as they’ve got a spare £7,000 going each month, that is.
Chloe Ferry, who made her debut in the tenth series of MTV’s famous Newcastle-based reality show, moved into her dream home last summer . The £1.1 million mansion is located on the outskirts of the city near Newcastle Racecourse, around a 20-minute drive from the city centre.
Chloe told followers on social media that she felt like “the luckiest girl in the world” after moving into the mansion, even sharing updates of the decorating stages on the house’s very own Instagram page . Now the 26-year-old star has put the luxurious property on the rental market, priced at an eye-watering £7k.

The ground floor comprises a double garage currently in use as a gym, a cinema room, a bar and games room, and a huge open-plan kitchen / living room / diner spanning the length of the house, as well as a downstairs WC and utility room. Up on the first floor you’ll find five bedrooms, four of which have en-suites and three with walk-in wardrobes, as well as a family bathroom.
And there’s plenty to love about this property, according to the listing by letting agent Signature North East (we should hope so, for that price). They describe the mansion as "boasting incredibly spacious living, an exceptionally modern design, and a wealth of luxurious features and facilities”.
The listing adds that the location is “desirably peaceful, with a stretch of field and woodland to the rear for an exclusive, private feel and uninterrupted, picturesque views”. Stand-out features of the interior include a two-sided fireplace, skylights, and bi-folding doors onto the garden.
The house is available to rent now - but to apply the agent requires a refundable holding deposit of one week’s rent, so you would need £1,750 going spare just to get your name down. In total living in the property for a year would set you back a tidy £84,000 on rent alone - and we can only imagine the gas and electric bill.
You can take a look at the full listing for the house over on InYourArea .
