Natural dog food brand Harringtons is offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a lucky pooch and their owner to win a year’s supply of dog food simply for walking together. As part of Harringtons’ Miles and Meals initiative, the brand donates meals to dogs in need for exercise logged through its Strava group.
Now, to encourage more pups and their owners to enjoy the great outdoors and get active while enjoying "nutritious, natural food", the brand is paying one lucky dog walker nearly £700 in dog food for their walks. Ten runners-up will also receive a bumper pack of Harringtons goodies.
All potential applicants need to do is join the Strava group - where you can track each exercise with your dog, whether running, walking or cycling - and fill in the entry form on Harringtons’ website.
All the hours of activity logged as part of the Strava community contribute to meals for dogs in need. The more exercise hours tracked, the more food gets donated to invaluable dog shelters and adoption centres.
Working closely with regional and national charity partners, Harringtons has already gifted over 3.5 million meals to those needing support to leave a '#PositivePawprint.'
A Harringtons spokesperson added: "It’s open to everyone. Whether your dog is a small breed or large breed, requires hypoallergenic dog food or suffers from a sensitive stomach. Pups can enjoy a bumper mixture of chicken, lamb, duck, beef, turkey or salmon from our grain-free dog food menu."
At random, Harringtons will select one Miles and Meals Strava group member (who has filled in the entry form) to keep their pup’s tummy happy into 2024.

Entry criteria:
If you can answer ‘yes’ to all of the below, you and your pooch could earn meals for the miles.

In return for the dog food, Harringtons would love the winner and each runner-up to share a photo of their pup enjoying the food with a review on social media, tagging @harringtonspetfood on Facebook or Instagram.
Applications will close on 31st May 2023 at 23:59. Successful entrants will be notified on the June 2, 2023.
