You Can Now Fly to Japan for $91 from the U.S. on this Airline

The Japanese budget airline ZIPAIR started in 2018, and it’s been growing at a slow but steady pace.

It currently has seven destinations and a fleet of six, and it currently flies to three American cities: Honolulu, Los Angeles International Airport, and San José Mineta International Airport.

DON'T MISS: United Airlines Has Bad News for Fliers Who Like to Feel Fancy

But now ZIPAIR, a subsidiary of Japan Airlines, has announced that it will start flying to San Francisco this summer, at an eye-catching price of $91. So that means if you live in San Francisco, or can find your way over there, you can fly to Japan for less than a $100. (Well, there will be taxes and likely fees as well, but you understand what we’re saying here.)

The flight will operate five times each week between the U.S. and Japan on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

ZIPAIR operates a fleet of Boeing 787 8 Dreamliner aircraft and offers complimentary Wi-Fi on board, and also allows up to 15.4 pounds of carry-on baggage for free. ZIPAIR does charge for other meals.
