The Cleveland Browns are once again finding success through the air. And it has mostly to do with the elite connection between quarterback Joe Flacco and wide receiver Amari Cooper today. Connecting on a huge bomb on the first play of the game, the two have now connected for a massive 75-yard touchdown.
On the day, Cooper now has 150 yards and a touchdown on just three catches. Flacco now sits at 7-of-10 passing for 165 yards and a touchdown through the air with 11 minutes left in the first half.
The Browns since, however, have given up a kickoff return touchdown to running back Dameon Pierce. The game now sits at 14-7 despite a brief two-score lead. They will need Flacco and Cooper to continue to connect in this one as their run game has not been good in this one.
