You are not the most polished guy: Visa officer asks Indian man why his company is sending him to New York on business trip

An Indian man shared his recent B1/B2 visa denial experience on Reddit as he sought advice on how long he should wait before reapplying. But the interview details revealed how harshly he was grilled by the visa officer, who did not believe his reason for seeking a business visa for the US. The 27-year-old man said it was his first visa application. He has been working in his company for four years and now his employer is sponsoring a short business trip tp New York for an offsite and business review.
