A woman has made a desperate plea on behalf of her boyfriend after their dream holiday turned into a nightmare.
Shauna and her boyfriend Kieran, 23, were 10 days into their three-week holiday in Thailand when disaster struck.
Kieran, a personal trainer from Castleford, fell three floors from a hotel balcony, leaving him seriously injured and in need of life-saving surgery for a fractured pelvis that had caused internal bleeding. Shauna says they have run out of money and their insurance company has yet to pay them a penny. She has set up a JustGiving page in the hope of raising £100,000 to have Kieran flown home for a second operation.
