The Alchemist is bringing its heady mix of cocktails to York.
Helmsley Group has secured the leading bar and restaurant as a tenant of its The Coach House building in the city centre. The property investment and development specialist has agreed the letting subject to planning and licensing approvals, It will be The Alchemist’s first venue in York, with more than 20 bar and restaurant venues now established in cities across the UK.
Helmsley has also revealed that it is accelerating plans to redevelop the upper floors of the three-storey building, located on the corner of Nessgate and Ousegate, for residential use following planning approval.
