An electric bike yob left a little girl with a reported fractured skull in a hit and run crash.
Lewis Lally knocked down his six-year-old victim - who cannot be named for legal reasons - then left her lying in the road in Tuebrook. CCTV cameras captured the crash and how the 21-year-old rider stopped to see the child seriously injured on the ground, then sped away on his bike.
Emergency services rushed to Windsor Road after the incident, at around 6pm, on Friday, March 4 this year. The girl was taken to hospital where she was treated for a serious head injury.
