Yet another BJP corporator joins Congress ahead of municipal elections

Bharatiya Janata Party NAGPUR NMC Nagpur Municipal Corporation

NAGPUR: Yet another heavyweight BJP corporator, Satish Holey from South Nagpur, has joined the Congress just before the municipal elections. Immediately after rejoining Congress, Holey, a four-term corporator, levelled allegations and demanded inquiry against two former mayors of the saffron party to trace Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) funds.

Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Nana Patole and Congress city president Vikas Thakre welcomed Holey into Congress in a programme attended by a large number of people.
