New York Yankees star Aaron Judge suffered a significant toe injury after a collision with the concrete base of the center field wall at Dodger Stadium during a game against the Los Angeles Dodgers last season.
Judge sustained a torn ligament in his right big toe while making an incredible catch at the wall in June, an injury which resulted in a near two-month stay on the Injured List.
Judge spoke to reporters on Tuesday and said his toe has been feeling good, but noted that the injury would require “constant maintenance” throughout the rest of his career in order to avoid future flare ups, via Gary Phillips of New York Daily News.
