Yagoona mother charged with manslaughter after death of her autistic son

A mother in south-west Sydney has been charged with the manslaughter death of her autistic son after allegedly providing him with insufficient food and medical treatment.

Keti Jovanovska, 52, was charged over the death of her 18-year-old son Joshua Djuric who died at their Yagoona home on Tuesday night last week. 

Police said emergency services were called to the home on Warung Street after receiving a report concerning the welfare of Mr Djuric.
