Several familiar names were missing from the whitelist when the latest version launched. Now, NoPixel co-owner xQc has addressed the controversy, arguing that some streamers were left out because of their own choices and past conflicts with the server.

xQc addresses NoPixel 5.0 streamer controversy
NoPixel 5.0 launched on September 8, drawing major attention from the GTA RP community. Some well-known roleplayers returned for the new chapter, while others who had become closely associated with earlier versions were nowhere to be seen.
Among those missing were LordKebun, PENTA, Silent and Summit1G. Their absence quickly became a talking point among viewers, particularly because these creators have played major roles in the wider GTA RP scene.
Summit1G had already addressed the situation with his audience before the launch. He did not appear interested in turning the issue into a larger dispute.
“I don’t even know how to answer the question. We’re not on NoPixel, that’s just how it goes,” he told viewers. “I only got good things to say about NoPixel, but drama is drama, no matter where it’s at.”
