X reacts to Jayden Daniels and Commanders ending Eagles’ winning streak

On Sunday afternoon, the Washington Commanders defeated the Philadelphia Eagles, 36-33, in a wild game from Northwest Stadium.

The Eagles jumped out to a 14-0 lead early, as Washington turned the ball over on Brian Robinson’s fumble. The Eagles looked poised to expand their lead when linebacker Frankie Luvu intercepted Kenny Pickett, giving the Commanders excellent field position.

Quarterback Jayden Daniels finally got Washington on the board when he found wide receiver Jamison Crowder on a six-yard touchdown pass.

The Eagles would stay a step ahead until nine minutes remained in the game, and Daniels threw a 50-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Olamde Zaccheaus. Washington suddenly had its first lead, 28-27.

However, Philadelphia wasn’t done. It drove into Washington territory twice, settled for field goals, and retook the lead.

Daniels had the last laugh, though, finding Jamison Crowder for the game-winning score.

The win ended Philly’s 10-game winning streak, and the Commanders remain alive in the NFC race.

Now 10-5, Washington is off to its best start since 1991. As you might expect, X — formerly Twitter — was excited about the Commanders’ latest win.

Here are some of the best reactions.
