X Men actor Alan Cumming turned tattoo artist as one of his fans showed off pictures of his latest handy work.
The Scots Cabaret star couldn't resist showing off his creativity as he posted up an image sent to him by a follower on his social media.
Alan, who has undoubtedly signed thousands of autographs over his lifetime, took extra time to ensure his fans had an encounter to remember.
Alan, who will play Scotland's national bard Robert Burns this summer in a solo show for The National Theatre of Scotland, managed to draw a cartoon face that bore some resemblance to himself as he etched a drawing on the arm of photographer and graphic designer Britnee King.
Asked what he was drawing he replied: "My doodle of me."
A voice can be heard in a video: "This is major. You've got a little Alan Cumming drawn by Alan Cumming."
Later on she managed to get it inked for life on her arm at Great Day Tattoo in Indianapolis.
Alan looked super proud of himself following the artwork as Britnee wrote: "What a time to be alive."
