Cher Lloyd has changed her style 12 years after finding fame on the X Factor.
The singer, 29, shot to the spotlight when she first took to the stage 12 years ago to sing in front of judges Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh. She appeared on the show in cargo pants, a messy bun with a big quiff and thinly drawn on eyebrows.
Cher had heavy eye makeup and large chunky pieces of jewellery. But now, she opts for a softer, more natural look and has had a bit of a "glow up" more than a decade after appearing on the show.
