Windham Rotunda's untimely passing in August 2023 at the age of 36 due to a heart attack shocked the wrestling world. His death came shortly after his return to WWE, following his release from the company in 2021. Rotunda's final televised match was against LA Knight at the 2023 Royal Rumble.
