Visuals Concepts recently dropped an 18-minute preview breaking down 198 new moves and animations for WWE 2K26. They filmed the whole preview at a 2K press event in Connecticut, so it’s all actual gameplay, no leaks or polished trailer. Real WWE 2K fans get why this update actually matters.
Highlight Moves From The Preview
The moveset list starts off strong. You get basics like the 23 mph Steiner-Line and Adios Amigo. High-flyers get some love as well: Animo Missile Dropkick, Avalanche, Mexican Destroyer, and the Diving Shooting Star Foot Stomp are all in.
Power moves hit hard, too, including F-5 1, and the Hammerlock Wing Clipper. The combo moves flow smoothly with Foot Stomp/Discus Lariat, Manhattan Drop/Discus Lariat, and Pummeling/Foot Stomp.
Standouts From Mid-To-End

Around midway into the preview, it ramps up with Paul-Verizer, Razor’s Edge 2, and Rolling Dragonrana. If you love strikes and submissions, check out Shotgun Dropkick 6, Single Knee Codebreaker 2, and Sister Abigail DDT for chain offense.
Later into the preview, you’ll spot some iconic highlights like Spear 18, Styles Clash 2, and a trio of Triangle Moonsaults. There’s even some flashy ring-ins like Skin the Cat and new Vikingo variations.
2K24’s Variety Blown Away
This update absolutely crushes WWE 2K24’s 140-ish new moves, handing creators a toolbox 40% deeper. WWE 2K24 was solid, but 2K26 feels like a leap ahead in terms of variety. Forums buzz up over Paul-Verizer, new spears, and aerials as CAW must-haves.
Official pages tease reversal overhauls and stackable tables, but Create-a-Moveset steals the spotlight for customization depth that will have players set for variety all year.
Builds And Combos For Universe Grinders

If you’re a Universe mode or MyRISE grinder, these new movesets open up wild combo potential. Picture chaining a Cornered Windmill Punch straight into Roshambo on a high-flyer.
Brawlers can stack Insane Elbow 3 with Psycho Elbow for a decent combo, and new modes like Scrapyard Brawl and I Quit matches fit right in with these moves.
