Wounded Djokovic thrives on more drama at the Open

Conceding he's starring in another Australian Open soap opera, Novak Djokovic claims he's a "day by day" proposition as he battles another painful injury while hunting yet more tennis history.  

Djokovic planned to rest up and skip practice after requiring several painkillers and strapping for an apparent hamstring injury during his fighting four-set quarter-final win over Carlos Alcaraz on Tuesday night.
