Can I get free shipping with Worldwide Golf Shops?
If you spend $99 or more, you’ll be able to get free shipping on orders to the contiguous USA. Orders that fall under this total will incur a flat fee of $8.99 for standard ground shipping.
All orders are shipped via FedEx, and those sent via standard ground should arrive within 1 - 5 business days. If you want to receive your goods faster, there are additional shipping options - Standard Overnight, 2Day and 3Day Express Saver - available at the checkout, with fees starting from $15.99.
Can I order personalized golf balls at Worldwide Golf Shops?
Yes, WGS sells personalized golf balls, letting you customize balls from a range of market-leading brands such as Callaway & Titleist. Note that any personalized products will not be eligible for returns or refunds should you change your mind about them.
What is the Worldwide Golf Shops returns policy?
Worldwide Golf Shops offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on the vast majority of its range, giving customers 3 months from the date on which they place their order to decide if their products are right for them.
Items will need to be sent back unused & in their original packaging, with any tags still attached & accessories included. Returns are free when you acquire a pre-paid shipping label through the dedicated returns portal on the brand's site.
Note that for pre-owned items, refunds will only be available as a gift card, whereas new items can be returned in exchange for your money back.
