A woman dubbed the 'world's hottest gran' has revealed what she says are her secrets to looking so young.
Gina Stewart will celebrate her birthday next week when she will turn 52, but most people would not imagine she is anything near that age.
She has three grandkids and her looks have attracted a huge number of admirers. Last month she told how she secretly dated cricket legend Shane Warne in her native Australia, before his death.
Still coming to terms with the sportsman's demise, she tells how she plans to mark her birthday with loved ones at home.
The Daily Star reported she said: “This year I will be celebrating with my family close to home on the Gold Coast as there are plenty of beautiful resorts here as it’s the holiday capital of Australia.
“I love how I feel at this age. I try to take care of myself the best way I can and I enjoy sharing my knowledge on my Instagram health page after so many people have asked me to share my secrets, tips and tricks.
“For instance I eat fully organic and try to avoid food that is full of different types of man made additives etc.
“With ageing I believe as we age we all change inside and out because of life experiences and life can weigh us down.
"I think practising a disciplined positive mental approach really has helped me to personally cope.”
When she was 19 she had her first child and is now also a mum to an eight-year-old girl.
She has three adult children and although she tries to keep her life and family private, she realises her children are kids are growing up which makes it all the more 'surreal' for her to be a grandmother.
But Gina says she is proud of them and who they have become.
She will turn 52 on September 20 and is ready for what life throws at her and reckons she can cope both physically and mentally with what life throws at her.
The glamorous gran is prepared fro the next two decades which she concedes will be a challenge challenge as age takes hold.
But she reckons people can be strong and be the best versions of themselves which she says takes a bit of savvy, effort and dedication.
Gina wants to inspire people to become the best versions of themselves.
And she says she doesn't conform to expected behaviour of being old and appearing older.
But she maintains you have to look after yourself as you get older which can be a challenge but will pay off and allow the person to add years to their lives.
The Mirror reported in May how she claimed to drink green tea often and follow a natural skincare routine.
She said: “I believe the Roseship oil I use daily is anti ageing so that’s Botox in a bottle for me. My secret weapon!”
The product is believed to be good for moisturising, brightening and repairing the skin.
