Áine O’Gorman says the chance to join Shamrock Rovers was too good to turn down.
The Ireland international has left Peamount United to sign for the Hoops, who make a return to senior women’s football ahead of next season.
O’Gorman (33), who featured in the World Cup play-off win over Scotland, has 114 caps to her name and a glittering career both here and in England.
