NEW DELHI: The prestigious ICC men's cricket World Cup trophy made a pit stop at the world's tallest Statue of Unity in Gujarat's Narmada district on Tuesday ahead of the opening match to be played in Ahmedabad on October 5.

Ahmedabad is preparing to host the opening match of the World Cup at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
