Working from home remains a divisive topic in both offices (and families) but it appears here to stay — with ONS data showing a rise of almost 40 per cent since the Covid pandemic.
The issue has sparked a culture war, with some companies closing their offices entirely, while others enforce strict policies requiring employees to return.
