Construction of a £22million student accommodation building located in the heart of Belfast's university area is on track for its 2022 completion date.
The Botanic Link project, which sits on reinforced beams over the Belfast to Dublin train lines, will transform the disused space between University Road and Botanic Avenue into the new five-storey student digs.
Contractors Farrans is behind "highly technical and complex project" for clients CA Ventures and has been designed by Manson Architects and Planners.
