A woman who stole £155,000 from a medical practice while having an affair with a doctor has been freed after serving less than a third of her 18 month jail sentence.
Jacqueline Rodger, 56, had a secret relationship with Dr Iain Hathorn while employed as practice manager at Greenhills Medical Practice in East Kilbride.
The trysts ended when Rodger got married but the affair was revealed after cash problems surfaced at the practice.
