A woman who managed to spend just £163 on food in 2021 has said it's all thanks to yellow sticker discounts - and that it would have cost £1,223 otherwise.
Sharon Adams, who is 48, has perfected the art of money saving on groceries for 10 years.
She says she hunts out discounted items on her local supermarkets in Pontypridd, Wales, and also uses the food app Olio , the Sun reports.
